Registration is now taking place for the summer Notre Dame Rowing Academy (Youth Learn to Row), Adult Learn to Row and Experienced Adult Recreational rowers. Please go to our Program page for more detailed information and to register.
This Friday and Saturday in conjunction with Shells & Sails, a co-operative effort to promote rowing and sailing in Ontario by ROWONTARIO and Ontario Sailing, the Club will be hosting two days of on water try it sessions for the general public. The days are Friday, May 29th from 3:30 to 8:00 PM and Saturday, May 30th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
This is an excellent opportunity for the family and friends of our existing rowers to come out and give this fabulous sport a try. Each session is 1 ½ hours in length. The Shells & Sails team provide instructors and will be supplemented by members of the NDRC Board and some of our own athletes.
Go to www.getoutonthewater.ca to access the Eventbrite registration module. You should register in advance for the time slot that you prefer. Just a note that the sailing try it will be limited to one sailboat given the limited sailing room on the canal.
The Notre Dame Rowing Adacemy high school learn to row program is starting soon! This Monday, September 14th is the start of our 4 week program. More information can be found on the registration form on our Program page or visit our Club Blog page.
